- WHERE IS NTK MADE?
NTK is designed in NYC by our founder Niki, and made in LA. Certain pieces from previous collections are made in NYC or Pakistan. All future pieces will be made in LA.

- HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?
Why would you want to?! NTK crew receives all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you must, just click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Free shipping on all orders over $100. NTK ships from NYC. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days upon purchase date. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. NTK is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.
- HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
NTK accepts unwashed, unworn and undamaged merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund within 15 days from delivery date of product that is not customized or a final sale item. When returning an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the Order # as the subject and what the return contains. We will then process your return and e-mail you the label. Please note- the original shipping cost will not be refunded. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We only allow exchanges on a different size of the same item for non-customized merchandise.

- HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, load your shopping cart and begin the check-out process. There will be a field to enter your code at the start of the process. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered per order on ntkthebrand.com. Codes cannot be used on orders already placed.

Currently, we can ship to customers in the United States + Canada.

Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please note: If you’re paying with PayPal, it will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account which may be different.
