  • WHERE IS NTK MADE?

NTK is designed in NYC by our founder Niki. She designs and creates samples in NYC. As a small brand, Niki has tried multiple factories in order to get the very best product. Some pieces are even handmade by Niki in her NYC apartment! Certain pieces from previous collections are made in LA, India, and Pakistan. For the time being, any new NTK will be responsibly made in Guangzhou, China. We strive to bring product back to NYC + LA, but currently, we are finding our best quality production overseas. 

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

We ship throughout the US, Canada + Mexico. 

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Free shipping on all orders over $350. NTK ships from NYC + LA. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days upon purchase date. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. NTK is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update. 

  • HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

SHIPPING

NTK ships from NYC to the USA, Canada + Mexico. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend. Once processed you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. NTK is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.

RETURN POLICY

Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Orders made with promo codes (not including the welcome code) are non-refundable and only eligible for store credit. Sale items are final sale. Return labels are provided by NTK, however please note there will be a restocking fee of $10 USD deducted from your refund. Restocking fee does not apply for exchanges or returns made for store credit. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund.

  • SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER / MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT!

  • HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Lucky you! To use your discount code, load your shopping cart and begin the check-out process. There will be a field to enter your code at the start of the process. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered per order on ntkthebrand.com. Codes cannot be used on orders already placed. 

  • WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED ON THIS SITE?

We accept Paypal, ShopPay, Apple Pay, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Currently, we can ship to customers in the United States, Canada + Mexico. 

  • HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please note: If you’re paying with PayPal, it will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account which may be different. 

  • HOW DO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please e-mail us immediately after making your purchase. 

  • HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?

Why would you want to?! NTK crew receives all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you must, just click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.

  • E-GIFT CARDS

E-gift cards are not physical cards, they are sent digitally via email with a unique code that is redeemable at checkout. E-gift cards do not expire.E-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Discount codes cannot be applied to purchasing an e-gift card. If your order total exceeds the value remaining on your e-gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods. If your order total is below the value of your e-gift card, the remaining balance may be used on a future order, using the same code.
