Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Orders made with promo codes (not including the welcome code) are non-refundable and only eligible for store credit. Sale items are final sale. Return labels are provided by NTK, however please note there will be a restocking fee of $10 deducted from your refund. Restocking fee does not apply to returns made for store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund.
To start a return for refund, login using a one time code to your account with the email you used to place the order. You can then submit product return requests. If the return request is approved, you will receive an email with a return label attached.
To start a return for a store credit, please contact us at email@example.com with your order # as the subject.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
